In 2010 Kathy Smale & Catriona Leahy got together with a mutual concern for the serious overpopulation of feral cats in County Wicklow, and formed 'Cat Concern Wicklow' rescuing and rehoming unwanted, stray and abandoned domestic cats and kittens.
